For referral partners

Refer a patient with confidence.

For clinicians, hospitals, discharge planners, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and therapists: when a patient needs medical detox or residential care, Jasper Grove is a live, 24/7 front door in Indianapolis — with fast benefit verification and a coordinated handoff.

How referral works

Three steps, one phone call.

A direct line to a coordinator. Authorization comes back as fast as same day.

Call our admissions line

One call reaches a live admissions coordinator, any hour — 24/7, 365 days a year. Give us the situation and we'll take it from there.
